Schermschool Tréville is the fencing school in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Uithoorn, and Purmerend.
The fencing school was founded by Pascal Kenter and is named after Jean-Armand du Peyrer, Count of Tréville, the legendary captain of the Three Musketeers. His story inspires us daily: starting as a cadet in the French army, he rose to the rank of captain-lieutenant of the musketeers, an elite corps that served as the personal bodyguard of King Louis XIII. Tréville’s determination, courage, and perseverance are values we are proud to pass on to our members.
At Tréville Fencing School, it’s not just about technique and performance; it’s also about fun and collaboration. Come and discover how fencing challenges both body and mind, and let yourself be inspired by the rich history of this sport and its heroes.
