The approved registration form implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions. <\/li>\n \t<li>For students under the age of 18, the parent\/legal representative must consent.<\/li>\n \t<li>Every student who is placed after registration is required to pay the full tuition fee from that moment on.<\/li>\n \t<li>Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time.<\/li>\n \t<li>Membership at Tr\u00e9ville is valid for the entire calendar year (or the remaining portion of it). On December 31 of each year, the membership will be automatically renewed for the next calendar year, unless a written cancellation is submitted via email before December 1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Payment<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Payment of the due membership fee can be made via bank transfer or in cash. This must be settled before the start of the new month. <\/li>\n \t<li>The membership fee can be paid monthly or annually.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Cancellation<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Cancellation can only be done via email to info@schermschool-treville.nl.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Liability<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Participation in activities is entirely at the participant\u2019s own risk. If there is any doubt about their physical fitness, the participant should consult a physician beforehand. <\/li>\n \t<li>Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville expressly excludes any liability for damage resulting from injury to the participant, occurring during or in any way related to the activities, except in cases of intent or equivalent negligence by Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville.<\/li>\n \t<li>Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville also expressly excludes any liability for damage to the participant\u2019s property, occurring during or in any way related to the activities, including theft, except in cases of intent or equivalent negligence by Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Refunds<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>In the event of being unable to attend lessons, no refund of tuition fees will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Notification of Absence<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>If a student is unable to attend, Schermschool Tr\u00e9ville must be notified via the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Privacy<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Photos may be taken during lessons and performances, which may be used for commercial purposes, such as in newspapers, on the website, and in promotional materials for the school.
